Pepcus Foundation

Pepcus Foundation is located at 15 F.M. Sector in Scheme No. 94, which is right near Arpit Hospital in Indore. Because we are so close to the hospital, there is always a lot of movement outside—ambulances, people walking by, and plenty of cars. Our space is functional and doesn’t have much in the way of decoration. We have some desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and a lot of folders stacked up in the corners. Indore is a fast-paced city, and we try to keep up with that energy in our own small way. The office is where we handle all the administrative stuff and plan out what we are doing next. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some marks on the carpet and the windows rattle a bit when the wind picks up. We usually spend our mornings answering emails and talking to folks who stop in because they saw the name on the door. It’s a lot of quiet work that most people don’t see. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just focus on the tasks we have for that specific day. Sometimes it’s busy, and sometimes it’s just one or two of us sitting there working through a pile of paperwork. We like being in this part of Indore because everything we need is right around the corner. It feels good to be part of the local community.
