Parikranti Foundation

Our setup for Parikranti Foundation is located right at house number 21 in Yashoda Nagar. It’s actually at Manoj Baghel’s place, which makes it feel a lot more like a home than a stiff office. Being right off A B Road means there is always a bit of noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the main room handling whatever comes our way. It gets a bit cramped when more than three or four people show up at once, but we make it work with the chairs we have. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the neighbor’s TV or the sound of someone cooking nearby. We started this because we saw things that needed doing in our corner of the world. It’s not a big operation with a hundred employees. It’s just us trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the electricity cuts out for a bit, but that’s just how it is here. We keep the files organized as best as we can. Most days are just about showing up and handling the small tasks that add up. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it right here in the neighborhood. We focus on getting things done without making a lot of noise about it.
