Maa Lakshmi Micro Services Federation

Maa Lakshmi Micro Services Federation is run from the home of Smt. Pramila Devi in Bichchi. It is a very local setup, and that is exactly how we wanted it to be. We focus on micro services, which basically means we help out with the small things that people in a place like Bichchi need to get by. It’s not a corporate office with a reception desk. You’ll usually find us sitting around a table, going over numbers or helping someone with a bit of paperwork. Pramila Devi has been a big part of this, and her place is where everyone knows to go. We don't have a lot of money for advertising, so most people hear about us through word of mouth. It is a slow way to grow, but it feels more real. We deal with everyday problems that don't always have easy answers. Sometimes the work is just listening to someone’s troubles and seeing if we can find a small way to help. We don’t pretend to have all the answers. We just try to be a reliable presence in the community. The federation is built on trust and just showing up every day. It’s simple, direct, and sometimes a little bit disorganized, but we get the job done for the folks who rely on us here in the village.
