Barchha Forum

Barchha Forum is located in Village Mathpurena. We operate out of Narayan Prasad Sahu’s place, which is right by Halka Talab. Having the pond nearby is one of the best things about where we are. It is a quiet village and the air feels a bit fresher than in the city. The forum isn't a big organization with a lot of funding. It is just a local group that meets at this address to talk and plan. We don't have a formal office with a sign on the door. It is just a building where we can gather and get things done. Mathpurena is a small community, so everyone knows where Narayan Prasad's house is. We don't have any staff in uniforms or a corporate hierarchy. We are all just members who care about the local area. Our meetings are very informal. We sit on whatever chairs are available and talk about what needs to be fixed or improved. We don't use fancy terms or management speak. We just talk like the neighbors we are. Sometimes the meetings go on for a while and we end up just chatting about local news. It is a very relaxed way of working. We don't have any big brochures or promotional materials. We just exist as a place for the community to come together. It is a simple setup but it works for us.
