Avyanna Sashaktikaran Foundation

Avyanna Sashaktikaran Foundation is located at B-197 in Shahpura Colony. This is in the Huzur area of Bhopal. We are right in the middle of a residential street, so it feels very much like a home. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number. Most of our work happens in the main room where we’ve set up some desks and a few computers. It is not a corporate headquarters with security guards and badges. You just walk up to the door and knock. Bhopal is a nice city to live in, and Shahpura is one of the calmer parts. We spend our days handling various tasks, mostly related to the foundation's work in the community. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look. If a desk is messy, it just means someone is working hard. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be done next. There is no hierarchy here where people are afraid to speak up. We just work together as a small team. The light in the afternoons is really nice in the front office. It is a comfortable place to be. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy words or polished reports. We just do the work and stay out of the spotlight. It is a good, practical way to run things.
