Foundation School

Foundation School sits right over on Gurudas Mathia Road, just off Ithari Road in the Po-Sonhaila area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but most folks around here just know the spot. We’ve been part of the community for a good while now. The building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a sturdy place where we get the work done. The area around Sonhaila is usually pretty busy, especially when the school day starts and ends. We don't really bother with big speeches or polished brochures. We just focus on the classes and making sure the kids are where they need to be. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and the staff room gets a bit cluttered, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We have a mix of old and new teachers here. Everyone just mucks in and helps out. The playground could probably use some more shade in the summer, and the driveway gets a bit muddy when it rains hard, but we deal with it. It’s a real place with real people. If you find yourself on Gurudas Mathia Road, you’ll see our gate. We don't have a team of people writing fancy things about us; we just keep the doors open and the lessons going. It is a simple life here, and we are quite content with how things are running.
