The school is right on K. G. Road here in Nawada. It’s a fairly easy place to get to, and most people around here know the street well. The school has been part of this neighborhood for a good stretch of time now. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest school in town. We just provide a place for kids to come and learn their subjects properly. The building is functional, and we try to keep it tidy, though with so many kids running around, there’s always some dust or a stray pencil on the floor. Our staff is mostly local people who care about how the town is doing. We have a playground that gets plenty of use during recess, and the sound of kids shouting and playing is just part of our daily routine. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans or modern gimmicks. We just follow the curriculum and make sure the students are actually picking up what’s in the books. Some days are better than others, like when it rains and everyone has to stay inside the classrooms, but we manage. It’s a bit of a tight-knit group here. Parents often linger at the gate to talk for a few minutes after they drop the kids off. It feels like a small community within Nawada. We just keep our heads down and do the work of running the school as best as we can.
