Aryan Residential Public School

We are located on Gorhna Road here in Arrah. Since we are a residential school, the place never really sleeps even on the weekends. There are always students around, even in the evenings when classes are over. The building is quite big because it has to accommodate the dormitories as well as the classrooms. We have a kitchen where meals are cooked for everyone three times a day. It usually smells like dal and rice most afternoons around lunchtime. The staff also stays on the premises or very close by in the neighborhood. It is a different kind of environment because we see the kids all the time, not just during their class hours. They have a strict schedule they follow, from the morning exercises to the evening study sessions in the hall. The playground is a big part of life here. After the final classes are over, everyone heads out to run around for an hour. It helps them burn off some energy. We have a library that stays open late for the older ones who need to study for their exams. The rooms are basic with beds and wooden cupboards for their personal things. We try to keep everything in order, but with so many kids, it is a constant job for the wardens. Parents come to visit on specific days. It feels more like a big family living together than an office.
