We are located out on Bhiwani Road, right where the Bankey Bihari Oil Mills are. It is an area that has always got trucks coming in and out because of the mills and the agro work we do. You can usually smell the stuff we are processing from a distance when the wind is right. It is a family-run kind of feeling here even though we are a private limited company. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the machines are running right. There is a lot of grit and noise, but that is just how agro industries are in this part of the country. The road outside gets pretty muddy when it rains, which makes moving the heavy goods a bit of a challenge for the drivers. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years now. They know the machines better than anyone else. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning in every single room. Usually, the windows are just left open to let the air move through during the day. It is practical. We handle a lot of grain and oilseeds depending on the season. The work changes quite a bit with the crops. We just try to keep the mill going and make sure the deliveries are ready when the trucks show up. It is a lot of long hours during the harvest time, but we are used to it by now. It is just honest work on the edge of town.
