Dwarka Natural Agro is based in Bhiwani. Mahender is the one who keeps things organized for us. We focus on the natural side of things because that is what feels right for the land here. This isn't some high-tech operation with shiny machines everywhere. It's mostly just us working with what we have in the local area. Bhiwani is a good place for this kind of work. We know most of the people who come by. Being a farmer producer company is mostly about staying connected. We have to handle a lot of different tasks, from seeds to the final stuff. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we get the job done. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we find our way through it eventually. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just Mahender and a few of us making sure things move along. We talk about the crops, the market prices, and what we should try next season. It feels good to work on something that is actually real. You can see the results in the fields. We just want to keep things going and maybe help the local community a bit while we are at it. It’s a quiet life but a busy one. There is always something to do, whether it is fixing a piece of equipment or talking to a neighbor about their harvest. We keep it simple and just do the work that needs doing.
