Aaacsc Tosham Bhiwani Hr Farmer Producer Company Limited

This company is a group of farmers from the Tosham and Bhiwani area. We are currently working out of Naresh Kumar’s place in Rangran, he is the son of Rattan Singh. It is a bit of a long name, Aaacsc Tosham Bhiwani Hr Farmer Producer Company Limited, but we are just local people trying to help each other out with our farming. In Rangran, things are pretty quiet, and we like it that way. We use Naresh’s house as our main meeting point where we talk about seeds, fertilizers, and how to get our crops to the market without losing too much money. It is a group effort, and everyone puts in what they can. We do not have a big office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just sitting on charpais under a shed. Bhiwani can be a tough place for farming because of the weather, but being together in this producer company makes it a bit easier to handle. We share the costs of things and try to learn better ways to grow our crops. It is not a fancy business, just a lot of hard-working men and women from the village. Naresh handles most of the paperwork, which is a lot more than you would think for a small group. We are not trying to impress anyone, we just want to make sure our families are taken care of.
