We decided to set up here because this is where all the actual action happens. Being in the grain market means we see everything firsthand. We’re not some distant office in a big city; we’re right here where the crops are traded and the dust is thick. Most of our days are spent talking to farmers who bring their produce in. There’s a lot of noise, shouting, and movement, but that’s just how the Mandi works. We started this to help the local growers get a fair deal for their labor. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of long days where we don't get home until long after the sun goes down. We don't have a website with pretty pictures or anything fancy. We just have our office and our reputation among the people here in Loharu. We handle the paperwork, the storage issues, and the selling part of the business. It’s very practical work. Sometimes the market prices are good, sometimes they aren't, and we just have to navigate that together as a group. It’s a community thing more than anything else. We’re just a bunch of people who know farming trying to run a decent business and keep things moving. We do our best every single day.
