If you head out to Village Talu, you will find us working at Rodhi Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located at house number 78 right here in the village. It is a quiet place most of the time, except when we are busy with the seasonal work. Being in the 127041 part of Bhiwani means we are right in the middle of where the actual farming happens. We are not trying to be anything fancy or corporate. Our office is just a regular building where we meet and talk about the business. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the people in Talu pretty well. It is a very tight community. Working as a farmer producer company means there is always something to manage, whether it is seeds or equipment or just figuring out the next steps for the harvest. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table at #78, just working through things. It isn't always organized, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone shows up at once to ask questions. That is just how life is in the village. We wanted to have a place where local farmers could come together under the name Rodhi Farmer Producer Company Limited. It is better than everyone trying to do things on their own. We do not have a big sign or a lobby. Just a door that is usually open when we are inside.
