Kisan Sarthi Producer Company Limited

Our place is at Plot Number 73 in Siwani. We are right next to Surender Pansari’s shop, which is a big landmark around here. Bhiwani is our home district. We are Kisan Sarthi Producer Company Limited, but that just means we are a group of farmers working together. We don't have a fancy lobby or any air conditioning. We just open the windows and let the breeze in, even if it brings a bit of dust. We spend our days talking to suppliers and trying to figure out the best way to move the produce. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we get frustrated with the paperwork. But then we sit down and have some chai and everything feels okay again. We aren't looking to become some huge national brand. We just want to serve the local farmers here in Siwani. The shop next door is always busy, so we see a lot of people passing by. They often pop their heads in to say hello. We like that social aspect of the business. It makes the day go faster. We don't use any complicated English or business jargon. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. It is an honest life. We take the good days with the bad ones and just keep showing up for work at the plot.
