Bhiwani Natural Honey Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group, Bhiwani Natural Honey Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located at 51, VPO Talu in Bhiwani. We work with honey, which means our schedule mostly follows what the bees are doing and when the flowers are blooming. Talu is a quiet village and we like it that way. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or checking on the hives. When it’s time to collect the honey, everyone gets really busy. We bring everything back to our spot at number 51 to do the filtering and the bottling. It’s a sticky job and we end up with honey on our clothes and hands most days, but you get used to it. We don't use any big machines; it’s mostly just us using simple tools and containers. The air in Bhiwani is usually clear, and we think the honey tastes better because of the local plants we have around here. We don't have a shop with big glass windows. It’s just a plain room where we keep the boxes and jars. People from the village often stop by to see how the season is going. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure every jar we fill is good. It’s honest work and we enjoy being outdoors instead of stuck in a room all day.
