Berla Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at the home of Sumer Singh, who is the son of Bhuru Ram, in the village of Berla. We are in the Bhiwani district. Most of us here have spent our whole lives in Berla, and we know every inch of the fields around the village. We started this farmer producer company because we saw that we could do more if we worked as one group. It is a very simple setup. We don't have fancy computers or a big staff. It is just us and a few ledgers where we keep track of things. We spend a lot of time talking to the local farmers about their problems and what they need. Sometimes the roads are bad or the weather is too dry, and those are the things we worry about most. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to help our village stay strong. We deal with the crops we have always grown here. The paperwork can be a headache, especially when the government rules change, but we do our best to stay on top of it. If you visit Berla, you won't see a big sign with our company name on it. You just have to ask for Sumer Singh's place. We are practical people who value hard work and honesty. We take care of the land and hope it takes care of us in return. That is the way it has always been here.
