Solanki Restaurant

We’re over at Shop No 1 in Bhavnagar, right across from the Business Centre and very close to the local vegetable market. Being near the market means we get to see the town wake up every single morning. It’s a busy spot, especially when the vendors are setting up and the morning crowd starts moving. Our restaurant isn't very large, and it's definitely not one of those places with a lot of fancy decorations. We have simple tables and chairs, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days. We focus on getting the food out to people who are usually in a bit of a hurry. You’ll see a mix of shopkeepers, shoppers, and office workers from the center across the way. The noise from the street usually drifts inside, but nobody seems to mind much. We’ve had the same people working the kitchen for a long time, so they have a rhythm down. Sometimes a glass gets broken or a chair wobbles, but we just fix it and keep going. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a website. We just open the shutters, start the tea, and get to work. It’s just a regular place to eat where you can sit down for a bit and watch the world go by outside. We’re glad to be a part of this neighborhood.
