Koyla Restaurant

Koyla Restaurant is situated inside the Hotel Apollo over in Takhteswar, Bhavnagar. We are right across the street from the Central Bus Stand, which is a very busy part of town. Because of our location, we see all kinds of people, from travelers catching a bus to locals who live just around the corner. We have been at this spot for quite a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up the doors early to get the kitchen going and stay open until the last orders are done. It is not a very big or fancy place, but it serves its purpose for the neighborhood. We do not have any polished speeches or big goals other than just doing our jobs well. The staff here is small and we all know each other’s names. We spend a lot of time in the back making sure the food is prepared properly. Sometimes the bus stand gets really noisy and the street is packed with traffic, but inside the restaurant, we just focus on the customers sitting at the tables. We keep the menus simple and the prices where they should be. It is just a regular local business run by regular people.
