Shrijis Garden Restaurant

Shrijis Garden Restaurant is located at Plot No 1504/A in Mani Bhuvan, right near Gogha Circle in Bhavnagar. We are pretty easy to find because V Mart is just a short walk away. The restaurant has an outdoor seating area which is why we call it a garden restaurant, though keeping the plants alive in the heat is a real chore. We have some trees and potted plants scattered around the tables to give it a bit of a different feel from the indoor places in town. It’s a popular spot for families who have been out shopping and want to sit somewhere for a bit. The evening time is when it really picks up, once the sun goes down and it gets a little cooler outside. We have lights strung up, but sometimes the bulbs go out and we have to scramble to replace them. The kitchen stays busy with all kinds of orders, and we try to get the food out as fast as we can, even when the place is packed. It’s a lot of running around for the staff. Bhavnagar can get quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the outdoor chairs and tables before customers arrive. It is a simple place where people can relax without too much fuss. We just focus on the daily routine and making sure there’s enough gas in the kitchen for the night.
