Shree Khodiyar Ras Dipo

If you are walking around Sardar Patel Shopping Center in Bhavnagar, you’ll find us at shop number one. We are right across from the blood bank, not too far from the Sardar Nagar Circle. This place is usually humming with people doing their daily shopping or coming from the circle. We mostly deal with fresh juices and whatever is in season at the market. It gets pretty hectic during the summer months when everyone is looking for something cold to drink. The shop isn’t very big, so sometimes people just stand outside on the pavement while we finish their orders. We’ve been at this spot for a good amount of time, and most of the other shopkeepers around here are our regulars. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the machines running most of the day, and there is always a bit of fruit peel or ice around, but we try to keep it as tidy as possible. We don’t have fancy seating or anything like that. People just drop by, get their drink, and move on with their day. It’s a bit of a local landmark because of the Sardar Nagar location. We just put our energy into getting the fruit ready and making sure the taste is what people expect when they come to a ras dipo. It’s just us working hard every day to serve the neighborhood. We don't have a lot of help, but we get it done. It is a good spot to be in, and we hope to stay here for many more years.
