Santushti Restaurant

We are over in Bhavnagar, specifically on Kalanala Kaluba Road. If you are looking for us, we are right near Neelkanth Medical. That medical shop is a good landmark because everyone knows it. At Santushti Restaurant, we don't do anything too complicated. We have a kitchen, some tables, and we serve food to whoever comes in. The street outside can get quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the front windows and the counters. It’s a family-style environment where we all chip in. One day I might be handling the money, and the next day I’m helping carry crates in the back. We don't have a "mission" or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it should and that the plates are clean. Bhavnagar is a place where people appreciate things being straightforward. We have a few ceiling fans that hum a bit loud, but they keep the air moving. We see a lot of people who work nearby coming in for a quick bite during their break. We know their names and how they like their tea. It isn't a fancy life, but it is our life. We open the shutters in the morning and close them late at night. It is just about being a reliable spot on Kaluba Road where you can get a meal without any fuss or fancy talk.
