New Solanki Restaurant

You can find New Solanki Restaurant at Plot No 2062 in the Purusharth Complex. We are on Talaja Road, right near the Rammanta Temple Road and Bhangli Gate in Bhavnagar. It is a bit of a maze around here with all the small shops and the temple traffic, but we have our spot in the complex. We serve a variety of dishes, mostly what people in the neighborhood like for their lunch or dinner. The restaurant isn't very big, and the decor is just some old calendars and a few pictures on the walls. We don't have a professional manager; it's mostly just me and a couple of helpers running the show. We start early in the morning to get the prep work done before the heat kicks in. Bhavnagar gets quite warm, so we try to keep the place as airy as possible. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other days we can barely keep up with the dishes. We don't have a fancy menu card, just a simple list of what's available today. People come here because they know what to expect and it's convenient. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or shiny things. It's just a regular restaurant where we work hard to keep things going day after day.
