About Munish Bansal Architect – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Bhatinda
My office is at my place, House Number 456 in Modal Town, Phase-I. It makes things easier for me to work whenever I need to, even if it is late at night. Modal Town is a nice area, usually pretty quiet except for the usual neighborhood sounds. I have lived and worked here for quite some time now. People from around the area know where to find me if they need some plans drawn up. I handle all the drawings and the site visits myself mostly. My desk is usually covered in site maps and pens that have run out of ink. I do not use much fancy software if I can help it, though I have to sometimes. Mostly I just like to sit and think about how a room should feel. It is a one-man show for the most part, so if the phone rings, it is me answering it. I do not like those big offices where you cannot talk to the actual person doing the work. Here, you just come to my door and we talk. I have seen a lot of houses go up in Phase-I and Phase-II over the years. I know the local rules pretty well by now. It is honest work and it keeps me connected to the neighbors. If you are walking by, you might see me through the window working on a new sketch. It is just a regular life here.
