Mittal Ashima Architect

You can find us at House Number 21391 on Street Number 3, just off Power House Road. It’s a pretty straightforward location once you get into the street. Mittal Ashima Architect is really just a place where we get the work done. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy furniture because that’s not what people come to us for. We mostly deal with local residential stuff, helping folks figure out how to add a room or fix up an old structure. Power House Road has its own rhythm, and we’re used to the sounds of the neighborhood by now. The office is often a mess of papers and different pens. We try to be organized, but when you have three projects going at once, things tend to pile up on the tables. We aren't trying to win awards or anything; we just want the buildings to stay up and the clients to be okay with the results. Some days are slow and we just sit and redraw things, other days everyone is rushing around. We’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to know most of the local quirks. If you stop by, you'll probably see us bent over a drawing board. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure the lines are straight and the measurements work out before the contractors start digging. We take our time with the details because that's what matters in the end.
