Garg Nippy Architect

We are located over in Shiv Mandir Colony at House Number 21784. It’s tucked away in Gali Number 2, which is just off Power House Road. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when the power station nearby is busy. Garg Nippy Architect isn't some high-rise office; it’s just a simple space where we can focus on our designs. We like being in a colony because it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a few desks pushed together and shelves full of old files and rolls of paper. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Living and working around Power House Road means we are pretty familiar with the local layout and how things get built here. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who like drawing and planning. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood. They just drop by to ask a question or look at some progress. We don't use any fancy software if a pencil and paper will do the job just as well. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a good, basic place to run an architecture practice without all the extra fluff people usually expect from a big city firm.
