Kapoor Vinod Architect

We’re located at H.No.444, on the first floor in Model Town Phase-Ii. It’s a nice enough spot, and the stairs keep us fit since there’s no lift. Kapoor Vinod Architect has been here for a while now. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of pens that always seem to run out of ink when you need them. We work on all sorts of building designs. Most days involve a lot of drawing and then redrawing when someone changes their mind about where the kitchen should go. Model Town Phase-Ii is a good neighborhood to be in. It’s relatively calm, so we can actually hear ourselves think while we're working on structural calculations. We aren't some big firm with a receptionist and a coffee machine that makes lattes. If you want tea, we put the kettle on ourselves. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time looking at regulations and making sure everything is legal and safe. It’s the boring part of the job, but someone has to do it. The office is usually a bit of a mess with paper rolls everywhere, but we know where everything is. Mostly. People come to us when they have a piece of land and an idea. We try to turn that into something real that won’t fall down. It's honest work and we like being in Model Town. It feels like we're part of the furniture here after all this time. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
