Our office is located at 1442 in the HIG section of Model Town. It’s a pretty standard setup. We’ve got the computers, the drafting tables, and a whole lot of site samples like tiles and paint chips scattered around. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they want to build something in the area. We know the local soil and the weather patterns, which actually matters a lot when you’re picking materials. We don't put on any acts here. If a plan is going to be too expensive, we tell the person straight away. There’s no point in drawing something that will never be built. A lot of our time is spent just chatting with clients to figure out how they actually live. Do they need a big kitchen or a quiet spot for their kids to study? These are the things that make a house a home. We deal with the boring stuff too, like building codes and structural safety. It’s a lot of math and double-checking figures. Sometimes we stay late because a deadline is looming, and we’re just sitting there in the quiet of Model Town finishing up a set of drawings. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. No fancy slogans, just blueprints and a bit of hard work every day. It keeps us busy and out of trouble, for the most part.
