We’ve been over at Plot No. 39 in Gidc for a while now. Dealing with steel isn't exactly a quiet job, but it’s what we do every day. The shop floor is usually pretty busy and the noise of the machines is something you just get used to after a week or two. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know how the work flows. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just metal, some heavy tools, and a lot of dust. If you come by looking for Yagnesh Steel Pvt. Ltd., you'll probably see a few trucks loading up or someone moving parts around the yard. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we keep the fans going and get through the orders. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to check an email or print out a delivery note. Most of our day is spent actually touching the materials and making sure things are cut or moved right. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine and we have to fix it ourselves on the fly. That’s just part of being in an industrial estate like this one. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a straightforward setup and we like it that way. No need for anything complicated.
