Our office is basically in a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. We deal with metal, and being under the Welspun Group name means there’s always something going on. But here at our specific spot in Tulsidham, things are a bit more relaxed. We have a few desks set up and some computers that have seen better days. The staff here are locals who know the area well. It’s nice being in a society because it’s quieter than being right on the main highway. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s a lot of coordination between the different sites. We don't have a big sign out front or anything fancy. Most people find us because they have our address.
