We are located in the Dwarikadham Complex, specifically on the second floor in unit A-1. It’s right behind the Chamunda Temple on Zadheshwar Road here in Bharuch. The 392011 pin code usually gets the mail to us eventually. Being near the temple means it can get a bit loud during festivals, but we’re used to it. The office itself is nothing special. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and the desks we’ve crammed in over the years. We do our metal business from here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting out logistics. It's not a factory floor right here in this office, but it's where all the planning and the paperwork happen. Zadheshwar Road is a busy street, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings. We have a small team, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even when the desk piles up. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a social media person. We just answer the phones and talk to the people who walk in. It’s a local business vibe. We know the other shop owners in the complex. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we have to take the stairs, which isn't great, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without much fuss.
