Priceless Pearl Steel

Our yard is located on Plot 124 in Phase-I of Narmada Nagar. We are pretty close to the GNFC Corporate Office in Bolav, so that's usually the easiest way to explain where we are located. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of metal being shifted. At Priceless Pearl Steel, we spend most of our time out in the heat or in the small office shed we built. We deal with various steel products for different projects. It’s heavy work and gets quite dusty, especially during the dry months when the wind picks up. The gates stay open most of the day. We have some heavy machinery for loading, and it requires a bit of maintenance to keep it all running correctly. The staff here has been around for a few years, so we all know the daily routine pretty well. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still written down in ledgers and notebooks by hand. It works for us and keeps things clear for everyone involved. When a delivery comes in, everyone jumps in to help get it sorted and placed in the right section of the plot. It can be a bit chaotic at times, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We usually wrap things up when the sun goes down and the light fades. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like more.
