We are the Kohal Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our main office, if you can call it that, is located at Baljeet Dubey’s place in Kairia. This is part of Ekchari in the Kahalgoan area. It’s a local operation through and through. We don’t have fancy signs or a glass building. It’s just us working out of a home setting where everyone knows everyone else. Kahalgoan is where we spend our days, mostly talking to farmers and looking at what’s growing in the fields. Most of us grew up right here in Kairia, so we aren’t strangers to anyone. If you’re passing through Ekchari, you might see us gathered around, discussing the latest prices or seeds. It’s practical work. We don’t spend time writing long reports or having board meetings in suits. We just sit together and try to make things run a bit smoother for the local folks. Baljeet's place is usually busy with people dropping by to ask questions or just to chat about the season. It’s a bit noisy sometimes but that’s how a real business in a village works. We focus on what’s right in front of us. No big city ideas here, just honest work and trying to stay useful to the people around us. It’s a small team, but we know the area like the back of our hands. We often share meals while we go over the day's plans and talk about the weather.
