Naugachia Kisan Agro Producer Companylimited is based at Ashok Kumar Singh’s place in Pakra. We are right in the Naugachia area. It is a place where agriculture is the main thing everyone talks about. We aren't a big company with lots of departments. It is just a local group of us trying to do right by the farmers in our neighborhood. The office is basically a room where we keep our files and meet up after a day in the fields. Naugachia is known for its farming, and we are proud to be part of that tradition. We don't use a lot of marketing tricks or try to sound bigger than we are. Most of our days are spent checking on the crops or talking to the other farmers about what they need for the next season. The weather can be tough here, and the work is definitely not easy on the back. We have seen good years and bad years, and we just take them as they come. If you come by Pakra, you will see us working just like everyone else. We don't have a polished image, just some people who know the land and want to make sure the agro-business stays strong. It is simple, practical work that keeps the village going. We are just glad to be a part of it and help out where we can.
