Bihpur Br Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Manish Kumar Choudhary’s place in Marwa, Bihpur. We are a group of farmers from this area who decided to work together to handle things. It isn't a big fancy company with a lot of staff. We just use a room at the house to keep our papers and have our meetings when we need to. Most of us have lived in Marwa all our lives and we've always been out in the fields. We started this producer company because it's easier to handle the buying of supplies and selling of crops as a group. We don't have a polished office or a logo. It's just us neighbors sitting around and figuring out the best way to manage our crops for the coming year. We spend most of our time outdoors, working the soil under the sun. We don't have any big corporate goals or missions. We just want to make sure our farms are doing okay and we can support our families. The village of Bihpur is where we belong and where we work. We know the land and we know what grows well in this particular soil. Sometimes the weather makes things very difficult, but we just keep going anyway. We don't use any fancy language or make big claims to anyone. We are just plain people doing honest work. If you come by Marwa, you'll see us out in the fields or at the house.
