Zoom Airport Express

We have been running Zoom Airport Express for a while now. You can find us up on the 6th floor of Queen Apartments, which is right across from where the Indian Express building is on Queens Road. Being in the 2nd Stage Industrial Estate area means it gets busy around here, especially with the traffic on Ridge Road. Most of our day is spent coordinating trips to the airport. It isn't a fancy office, just a practical space where we handle the bookings and talk to drivers. We started this because people always need a reliable way to get to their flights on time without a lot of fuss. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to actually get a cup of tea. We know the routes around this part of the city pretty well. Living and working near the industrial estate keeps us on our toes. It is a lot of logistics, honestly. We just focus on getting the cars where they need to go. If you are looking for us, look for the big apartment block opposite the newspaper office. It’s a straightforward business. We don't do much besides the airport runs, but we try to do that part right. The 6th floor view is okay, but we are usually too busy looking at schedules to notice. It’s just us here most days, keeping things moving. We really don't like to overcomplicate things.
