Rajeshwari Pleasant Travels is right here on T C Palya Main Road, up on the 1st floor of No. 627. We are in the Hoysala Nagar area, near Basavanagar and Meenakshi Koil Street. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always noise from the street coming up to the office. We handle travel bookings, car rentals, and help people plan their trips. Whether someone needs a taxi for a day or a longer trip out of the city, we try to get it sorted for them. I’ve been in the travel business for a while now, and I’ve seen how much it’s changed with all the websites, but people still like coming in to talk to a real person. Our office is simple—just some maps on the wall and a few chairs for customers. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We know the roads around here really well, and we know which drivers are reliable and won't get lost. It’s not always easy, especially when there’s a breakdown or a last-minute change in plans, but we deal with it as it comes. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us making sure people get where they need to go. We like being part of the Basavanagar community. It’s a good place to be, and we’ve made a lot of friends through the business over the years. We keep the tea hot for whoever drops by.
