Reliable Car Rentals is located right on the first floor of building 152 in Jayanagar. It’s a good spot because Jayanagar is always full of life and people are always looking to get somewhere. We keep things pretty straightforward here. We have the cars parked nearby and we spend our time managing the bookings. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for us to sit and keep the keys organized. Most of the time, the phone is ringing or someone is walking up the stairs to ask about a vehicle for the weekend. We see a lot of families and people who just need a car for a day or two. The stairs are a bit steep, so people sometimes complain about that, but once they’re inside, it’s fine. We try to keep the paperwork simple because nobody likes waiting around. Jayanagar has changed so much since we first started, with new shops opening every month.
