Shankar Freelancer

Working out of Yeshwanthpur on Pipe Line Road keeps things interesting because this part of town never seems to stop. My place is at No.74/30, and it's a bit of a mix between a workspace and a spot to store all the stuff I need for my freelance jobs. As Shankar Freelancer, I don't have a big team or a receptionist. It is usually just me handling whatever projects come my way, whether it’s technical stuff or just helping someone organize their work. The road outside is always loud with trucks and bikes, but once you step inside, it’s just a normal room with a desk and a laptop. I’ve lived around here long enough to know the shortcuts and where to get the best coffee when I’m working late. Some days I’m out meeting people, and other days I’m stuck behind the screen for ten hours straight. It can be a bit messy sometimes with papers piled up, but I know where everything is. People call me up when they need something done quickly without the hassle of dealing with a big company. It’s a very independent way of working, and I like that I can just focus on the task at hand. The neighbors are mostly small shops and residents, so it has a very local, lived-in feel to it. It’s just a simple setup for a guy trying to get his work done.
