We've been here on CBI Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right across from the SBI in Ganganagar. It's a busy spot, especially in the mornings. We mostly handle things like booking tickets and sorting out trips for people in the neighborhood. It started out small, just a desk and a phone really. These days, there’s more to do with all the online stuff, but people still like coming in to talk face-to-face. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but we're used to it. We spend a lot of the day looking at train routes and flights on the computer so the bookings are ready. It's mostly about getting the details right so there aren't issues at the airport or station later on. We've seen a lot of changes in R T Nagar over the years, new shops opening up and old ones closing. We just stay here at 132 doing our thing. If you're walking past the bank and need to ask about a trip, you just walk in. There’s usually someone here to look at the screen with you. It’s not a fancy office, just some chairs and computers. We try to keep it simple. Sometimes it's a bit loud with the bikes outside, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the tickets printed and making sure the dates match up for whatever travel plans folks have. It's just a regular local business.
