Silicon Cabs

You can find Silicon Cabs over at 121 Basaveshwara Nagar, which is right across from City Hospital. Being near a hospital means there is always something happening outside, like sirens or people rushing around. Our office is a simple spot where we manage the cars and drivers. It isn't a large space, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We have a few desks where the phones are always ringing with people looking for a ride. Most of the day is spent looking at schedules and making sure the drivers know where they are going. We have a small area where drivers can sit and have a break between their shifts. Usually, there is a newspaper lying around and some half-empty tea cups. The building itself is older, and the paint is peeling a little bit in the corners, but we don't mind it much. We know the shopkeepers nearby, and sometimes we grab a snack from the stall down the street. It gets busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Managing cabs means you are always watching the clock. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything, just a small place where we get the job done. It's mostly about keeping the cars moving and making sure the keys are in the right hands when the next shift starts. We stay until the last booking is handled for the night.
