Your Cabs is situated right near Home Town in Basavanagar. It is a local place where we manage the fleet and keep things moving. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and coordinate the drivers. Basavanagar is a neighborhood we know well because we've lived and worked here for years. It gets pretty hectic during the morning rush hours. You can usually find a few of us drinking tea outside while we wait for the next call to come through. We started this because we saw a need in this specific area for someone who actually knows the streets. The roads around here can be tricky if you don't know the shortcuts. My cousin helps out with the phones when I have to go out on a run. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this small spot near the main road. It works for what we do. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to rely on old-fashioned notebooks to track the schedules. That is just part of the daily routine for us. We keep the cars parked nearby when they aren't on the road. Most of our neighbors know us by name now. It’s a simple business. We don’t use apps or anything too complicated, we just talk to people.
