Yesaswini Properties

Yesaswini Properties is based out of the Banashankari 6th Stage area, specifically in the Anjinapure BDA Layout at Block 3. This part of Banashankari is still developing, so it’s a bit quieter than the older parts of the city. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of the plots and layouts in this section. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks, looking at markers and checking on the progress of the roads. When people come to see us, we usually take them out to the actual sites so they can see where the boundaries are. It’s not a corporate real estate firm with fancy cars. We just have a small office with some chairs and a big map of the BDA layout pinned to the wall. The paperwork can be a bit slow because we have to deal with the local authorities and all the official records. Sometimes we just sit outside the office when the weather is nice and wait for people to stop by. We know the layout pretty well because we’ve been here since the early stages of the development. It’s a lot of waiting for things to move forward, but that’s just how property work goes in a new area. We try to be honest about what’s happening with the land and what the timelines look like for building homes. It’s just local property work with no fuss.
