Jones Lang Lasalle Megharaj

This office belongs to Jones Lang Lasalle Megharaj. We are located at number 57, which is Nanda Residency in Lakshamma Layout. It’s right on the 5th Main Road in Banaswadi, Bangalore. Banaswadi is a pretty active area, and there’s always something happening on the street. Our office is inside a residential building, which gives it a bit of a different feel compared to a big glass tower. It’s more personal, I guess. We have our desks set up and there are always stacks of files everywhere because real estate involves a lot of documents. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just Bangalore life. We go out for tea at the shop on the corner quite often. It’s a good way to clear our heads. The office isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too terrible unless the main road is blocked for some reason. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. It’s just us, working through the lists and talking to clients on the phone. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we just try to keep up with the fast pace of the city’s property market.
