Bangalore Property Services is out here at Jakkur Plantation, number 33 in the Garden Estate area. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but it's quieter this way. We spend most of our time looking after buildings and helping people find somewhere to live or work in this part of town. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and a lot of maps on the wall. We know Jakkur pretty well because we’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. Some days we are stuck behind the computer doing lists and filings, and other days we’re out walking through gardens or checking on vacant spots. It can get dusty when the wind picks up across the estate. People usually just drop by if they see our light on. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy presentations. We just tell people what we know about the local spots and try to keep the rentals running smoothly. Sometimes things break or tenants have issues, and we just try to get it sorted out without making a big fuss. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. You can find us near the post office area if you are looking for the right turn-off. We've been at this for years now.
