We work out of Sapthagiri Apartments in Koramangala 4th Block. The apartment number is 212. It’s in the S.T. Bed area, which is a bit quieter than the main Koramangala streets where all the pubs and big shops are. We like it here because it feels more like a home than a cold office. We’ve been using this space for a while now to handle all our property matters. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the documents we have to keep, but we manage. We have a couple of tables pushed together and some chairs for when people come to visit. There’s no big reception desk or anyone to open the door for you; you just ring the bell. Koramangala is a great place to be because everything is close by. If we need to go to the bank or grab a quick bite, it’s all within walking distance. The apartment complex is older, but it’s well-maintained by the association. We know our neighbors and they don't seem to mind us running things from here. It’s a very straightforward setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It's a busy life, and being in 4th Block makes it easier to stay connected with everything happening in this part of Bangalore. We stay pretty busy throughout the week and usually work until fairly late.
