We are located on the first floor over on Hutchins Road in Cooke Town. It is a nice part of Bangalore, quite a bit of green still left around here. The office is at number 8/8, right near the 5th Cross. It is a quiet space compared to the main roads. We spend our days mostly on the computers or talking on the phone with people looking for places. It is not a huge office with hundreds of people. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood from our windows, which is better than being in a sealed-up tower. Sometimes the traffic on Wheeler Road makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we do not mind. We just wait and have another cup of tea. It is a very straightforward way of working. We handle the paperwork for properties and keep track of who is moving where. It is a lot of small details that need to be right. We do not have any flashy lights or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past in the neighborhood. It is a steady job in a nice area. We like the fact that we can walk out and find a small shop for snacks easily. It feels like a real community here in Cooke Town, and our office is just one small part of it.
