Estate Club

Estate Club is tucked away at 41/A on 7th Main, right near 8th Cross in Mahalakshmi Layout. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is a bit of a maze with all the crosses and mains, but we like it here. It’s a solid, middle-class neighborhood where people know their neighbors. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a door on the street like all the others. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of folders piled up. We spend our time talking to people about property and various club matters. It gets pretty busy on the weekends when people have more time to come by and chat. Sometimes the internet is a bit patchy, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporation with polished floors and glass walls. We’re just local people who have been in Mahalakshmi Layout for years. We know which roads get flooded when it rains and where the best coffee is nearby. The work we do is practical and involves a lot of walking around the neighborhood. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything. We just help people out with their estate needs and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a quiet life for the most part, apart from the usual Bangalore traffic noises that drift in through the windows.
