Yashaswini Coffee Centre

If you walk down South Main Road in Kempe Gowda Nagar, you’ll probably smell our place before you see it. Yashaswini Coffee Centre is where we spend our days roasting and grinding beans. It’s a small shop, but the aroma of fresh coffee fills up the whole street most mornings. We aren't one of those modern cafes with fancy chairs; we’re more about the actual coffee powder that people take home to brew. We spend a lot of time scooping beans into the roaster and watching the bags get filled. The noise of the grinder is constant, especially during the morning rush when everyone is stopping by on their way to work. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to us for years, and we know exactly how they like their blend. The shop itself is pretty simple, with bags of raw beans stacked in the corner and our scale on the counter. We try to keep things moving quickly because nobody likes to wait for their coffee. Sometimes we run out of a certain variety and have to wait for the next delivery to come in. KG Nagar is a busy area, and being on the South Main Road means there’s always something happening outside our door. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day, surrounded by the smell of coffee and the sounds of the neighborhood waking up and getting through the day.
