Cafe Coffee Day

Our place is up on the third floor of the Adarsh U.S Shrinadhi Nilaya building. It's right there on 10th Cross, near 3rd D Main in JP Nagar 1st Phase. Being on the higher floor means it stays a bit quieter away from the street noise below. We spend our mornings setting up the machines and getting the tables ready for whoever walks in. It’s a nice spot for people to sit for a bit, maybe look out the window while they have their drink. We aren't trying to be anything too grand, just a reliable place to get a coffee in the middle of the day. The staff here mostly looks after the brewing and keeping the place tidy. Sometimes it gets crowded with students or folks working nearby, and other times it’s just us and the sound of the grinder. We know the 1st Phase layout pretty well since most of us walk or bike to work here. The building itself is easy to find once you’re on 10th Cross. We keep things pretty straightforward here, focusing on the beans and the milk. It’s just a regular part of life in Bangalore 78. We don't have any big speeches to give, we just open the doors and get to work every morning like everyone else in the neighborhood. You can hear the steam wand hissing throughout the afternoon. It’s a steady pace most days. We like the way the sun hits the floor in the late afternoon.
