Coffee Time Flavours

Being located over here at the Alliance Business Academy in Bangalore has its own rhythm. Sanjay Gupta and the rest of us spend our days surrounded by students and the general noise of 19th Cross. It is a busy spot in BTM 2nd Stage. Most mornings start with the smell of coffee beans being ground and the steam from the machines filling up the small space. We are tucked away in the 7th Main area, which is always crawling with people heading to class or work. The shop itself is not very large, but we make it work with the counters and the storage we have. We do a lot of pouring and mixing throughout the day. Some days are just a blur of faces and orders. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine here because there is no time for it. If a machine acts up, we fix it ourselves. We've got a regular group of people who come by every day, and we usually know what they want before they even ask. It is just a local business trying to keep up with the demand of a college area. The floor stays a bit dusty from all the foot traffic, and the chairs are a little worn out, but it feels lived in. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces every week. We just focus on getting the flavors right and keeping the equipment running.
